Of course the coffee and snacks are great...but the service is a 10 out of 5! These people aren't just baristas - they are part of our community. They care about their customers. My son was a two-time-a-day regular. When they heard of his passing, they reached out to me, his mom, (through his co-workers), wanting to share why they'd loved their favorite customer so much. Each employee wrote a note about him providing us with a whole new appreciation of his kindness and an example of how they care about their customers. Please run to Panama Bay Coffee yes, to enjoy their coffee, etc., but really run there to meet the kind and caring baristas who will make it a happy part of your day. And tell them "Niels" sent you.

I went in wanting a coffee because I had been over at the Lesher Center for the Arts, which has very nice art galleries by the way. I was able to get my favorite, a sugar-free vanilla latte with almond milk. The coffee taste great. But what made my day was the barista was super sweet and nice to chat with. It just adds that much when a business supports the people it works with in a way that they get to be cheerful and friendly. Definitely not corporate vibes at all. Panama Bay has a real personality. I definitely want to try the baked goods, which they make house. They looked amazing. If I hadn't just had lunch, I would've been racking up some calories. Apparently they have breakfast sandwiches in addition to the pastry. They have a drink, called a breeze, which is a blended drink kind of like a Frappuccino. Get this. They make real ice cream milkshakes. WTF!

What a cute coffee shop! I ordered off the seasonal menu and got the pumpkin cold foam cold brew and it was delicious! I wish there was a little more pumpkin flavor to the foam but was amazing overall. The service was great and was served immediately! I can't wait to come back to try another one of their seasonal flavors. I also noticed they had a lot of yummy looking gluten free pastry choices! I will definitely be coming back to try one of those with my partner who has celiac

What a sweet little coffee shop! This Panama Bay is located in a super cute brick house with a cone-shaped roof, reminiscent of something out of a storybook. My partner and I were in need of a caffeine fix, and popped in; RB got a hot coffee and I opted for my usual iced. The staff was all smiles, a genuinely positive and welcoming vibe - love it! The coffee was very good, and not overpriced, which is increasingly rare to find these days. They have some nice-looking merch as well. The only downside is the lack of parking in the immediate surrounding area, totally outside their control, of course. We will return!

Went for my first time and decided to order my usual drink: Iced Sugar Free Vanilla Latte. Drink was great and was the right balance of soy milk. The staff working was so friendly and when they heard it was my first time they all welcomed me. I asked the employee at the counter her recommendation on a pastry and she quickly said get the apple turnover. Not usually what I'd go for but it was the perfect snack with my coffee. Service was super fast and friendly. Every time I'm in the area or passing through I will be stopping by for a snack and a drink! Also, they have a rewards program so don't forget to sign up.

A very cute dainty hobbit home by the road. It's perfect for a quick coffee run. They have a few tables outside of the cafe but not ideal for conversations as traffic can be a bit noisy. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable about the types of coffee. Would come back for their pastries

The cutest and simplest coffee shop! They're known for their banana bread coffee. It was good but couldn't really tasted the banana bread flavor... but still a very good coffee drink. Our kids love the strawberry banana smoothies. It wasn't very sweet which was perfect! It's amazing to see they do there baked items in the house. The coffee's came out fast and their setup is so cute. Very minimal seating. It's more of a grab and go spot.

Top notch customer service. I love that you can get a smoothie in a "small"er size compared to most places. Blueberry banana smoothie was super thick and hit the spot! I've also had the mango pineapple smoothie with + strawberries and soy milk instead of juice. Refreshing!

This place exceeded my expectations. I've been looking for a time to try this place and wow. It's located at a street corner, you can't miss it! I parked on the street & it was pretty easy to find parking. I went around noon. There's also a few of parking garages nearby so you'll definitely be able to try it out, even if you're on a time crunch. I was recommended to try the Gluten Free chocolate banana muffin. I got it warmed- just marvelous! One of the best GF pastries I've had. I also ordered a medium iced matcha w/ oat milk and sweetened with honey. I added some cold foam and cinnamon on top too. I enjoyed the amount of honey they added- just the right amount so the matcha was able to shine through the oat milk. Usually some coffee shops will drown the matcha flavor with your choice of milk but this was incredible and just right. As shown in the photo, the beautiful forest-y green matcha color is alive & well. I am one to say that I am pretty picky with how my matcha is made. They did a superb job! I can't wait to come back and try some other pastries (eyeing the chocolate croissant for next time hehe).. Shoutout to the baristas, super kind & outgoing! 10/10 would so recommend!
